Electric Universal Autoclave UTEHO CHE-16E<\/strong> is a universal electric water autoclave<\/strong> designed for home canning<\/strong>. This specific model works in water autoclaving only<\/strong>. In the standard set, it is not intended for use as a steam autoclave.<\/p>\n

The model works both with electricity<\/strong> and on a gas stove<\/strong>, so it is convenient for different conditions of use. The minimum load starts from just 1 jar<\/strong>, which is practical for small batches.<\/p>\n

The body is made of black steel<\/strong> with heat-resistant powder coating outside and inside. Tight sealing is ensured by a food-grade silicone gasket<\/strong>, while the strength of the construction is supported by quality TIG welds in argon environment<\/strong> and the lid clamping mechanism.<\/p>\n
