Electric Universal Stainless Steel Autoclave UTEHO A-32E<\/strong> is a universal electric water and steam autoclave<\/strong> for home canning with a flange-type lid<\/strong>. In the basic configuration, this model is designed to work in water mode, but an additional steam valve is required for steam mode<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The model works with electricity<\/strong> and is also suitable for use over open fire<\/strong>, which makes it practical for different usage conditions. The minimum load starts from just 1 jar<\/strong>, while the wide 17 cm neck opening<\/strong> also makes it easier to place 3 L jars, clean, and maintain.<\/p>\n

The body is made of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304<\/strong>. Tight sealing is ensured by a food-grade heat-resistant silicone gasket<\/strong>, while lid fixing is made easier by the flange construction with heat-resistant clamps<\/strong>. This model is also equipped with a convenient water drain tap<\/strong>, which makes emptying easier after use.<\/p>\n
