The Uzbek kazan is handmade from 100% cast iron<\/strong>. Its walls are approximately 7 mm thick<\/strong>, while the spherical inner shape helps distribute heat evenly. The inner surface of the kazan is fully ground, and the kazan is already factory heat-treated.<\/p>\n
