The 40L Uzbek kazan is suitable for approximately 32\u201345 people<\/strong> and, depending on the dish and portion size, can prepare approximately 45\u201360 portions<\/strong>. Its large capacity makes the set suitable for family celebrations, larger groups and outdoor events.<\/p>\n

The kazan is handmade in Uzbekistan from 100% cast iron<\/strong>. Its walls are approximately 9 mm thick<\/strong>, the interior has a spherical shape and the inner surface is fully polished. The kazan is factory heat-treated and supplied with an aluminium lid.<\/p>\n
