The 110L kazan is made from 100% cast iron<\/strong> and designed for preparing exceptionally large quantities of food. Its capacity is suitable for approximately 130\u2013180 people<\/strong> or around 150\u2013200 portions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The kazan has an outer diameter of 86 cm<\/strong>, an inner diameter of 81 cm<\/strong> and wall thickness of approximately 15 mm<\/strong>. The inner shape is spherical and the inner surface is fully ground smooth.<\/p>\n
