How to place an order
Ordering from the ARMAS online store is simple and convenient. Choose the products you need and place your order in just a few steps. You do not need to register or create an account.
You can also place an order by phone, via WhatsApp or by email.
Place your order in 5 steps
01. Choose your products
Browse our product categories or use the search function to find the product you need. On the product page, select the model, size or other available option that suits your needs and specify the quantity.
02. Add products to your cart
Click “Add to cart”. If you would like to buy more than one product, continue shopping and add them to the same order.
03. Review your order
Once you have selected all the products you need, proceed to checkout. Check the products, quantities and total cost of the items.
04. Enter delivery and payment details
Enter the required contact details and delivery address. Choose the delivery method that suits you best or select collection from our store in Riga.
Then select one of the available payment methods. You will see the delivery cost and order total before confirming your order.
Bank transfer: if you choose this payment method, we process your order manually on working days. Use the bank details provided and include your order number in the payment reference.
05. Confirm your order
Before confirming your order, check the details once more and complete the checkout process.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. If you do not receive the email, please also check your spam folder.
Once your order has been processed, we will let you know the next steps for delivery or collection.

If you prefer not to place your order online, you can contact us by phone, via WhatsApp or by email.
We will help you choose a suitable product, confirm the necessary details and place your order.
Information needed to place an order
- Selected product and quantity — the product name, model or a link to the product page on our website.
- Recipient’s first and last name — the details of the person who will receive the order.
- Full delivery address — street name, house and apartment number (if applicable), city, postal code and country.
- Recipient’s phone number — so we can get in touch about the order or delivery if needed.
Important:
- If you choose delivery to a parcel locker, specify your preferred locker location.
- If you choose to collect your order from our store, you do not need to provide a delivery address.
- If you would like to receive order information by email, please also provide your email address.

Delivery options and costs
Depending on the product’s size and weight and the delivery address, you can choose courier delivery, delivery to a parcel locker or collection from our store.
Available delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. For oversized or non-standard orders, delivery arrangements may need to be confirmed individually.
If your payment fails
If your payment fails or you are unsure whether your order was placed successfully, please contact us.
We will check your order status and help resolve the issue. Before paying again, we recommend checking whether your previous payment has already gone through.
If there is an error in your order
If you notice an error in the delivery address, phone number or selected products after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to make the necessary changes.
