Knife care:

Knives made from steels such as X12MF, SHX15, damascus and machpel steel require special attention to maintain quality and avoid corrosion. Recommended after use:

  • After use, wash the blade, wipe dry and lubricate to prevent corrosion.

If corrosion occurs on the blade:

  • Surface corrosion can be easily removed with ordinary office rubber. The blade must then be washed, wiped dry and oiled.
  • In case of deeper corrosion, the use of anti-corrosion agents is recommended.

Special attention should be paid to knives with wooden handles. Do not leave them in wet or humid environments to prevent the handle from breaking. To restore and protect the wooden handle, it is recommended to treat it with linseed oil or other wood care products. Keep the knife handle dry and beautiful.
