Smoking wood chips APPLE 350g NATURAL 100%

Smoking wood chips from apple trees are an excellent choice for smoking fish, meat, poultry, vegetables, and even cheese. These uniform chips come from apple wood and give food a delicate, sweet, fruity aroma that goes particularly well with more delicate products. One 350 g package is sufficient for 2–3 smoking sessions. Before use, it is recommended to lightly moisten the chips to obtain rich smoke and more even smoking.

  • Natural material: 100% natural apple wood without chemical additives;
  • Bark content: not more than 3%, which ensures a clean and even smoke;
  • Moisture: 12%, which is optimal for slow burning and rich smoke;
  • Chip size: 3x6x12 mm;
  • Weight: Net weight 350 g, ±5% weight tolerance.
