Description

Stainless Steel Induction Heat Diffuser Plate 20 cm (Adapter)

Stainless Steel Induction Heat Diffuser Plate 20 cm (Adapter) is a practical solution if you have an induction hob but want to use cookware that isn’t induction-compatible. The plate helps transfer heat to the bottom of the pot or pan and spreads it more evenly. It works especially well with aluminium cookware, including an Afghan kazan. It also acts as a heat diffuser for more stable, even cooking.

Where it is most useful:

  • Afghan cauldron for induction cookers (aluminum) – for cooking pilaf, stews, soups;
  • Aluminum pots and pans – for everyday cooking, if there is no induction marking;
  • Emalled and glass dishes – if the stove does not recognize them or heats them unevenly;
  • Moka coffee pot or small pot – when the diameter is small and the zone does not work well.

How to use correctly:

  1. Place the adapter on the induction zone;
  2. Place the dish (pot/pan/Afghan pot) on the adapter;
  3. Start with medium power – heating may be slower than with induction cookware;
  4. After cooking, allow the adapter to cool down, as it will be hot.

Important!

  • The adapter does not turn the dish into a “real induction dish”; it is a solution for situations where existing dishes must be used.
  • The result depends on the base of the container (the better the contact with the adapter, the better).

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions):

  • Is it suitable for aluminum cookware? – Yes, it is one of the most popular uses for aluminum pots and pans (e.g., Afghan pots).
  • Will it heat up as quickly as an induction cooker? – Usually no, it can be slower because an intermediate layer is used.
  • Will the plate be hot? – Yes, it stays hot after use.
