Smoking chips from beech are ideal for fish, poultry, seafood and vegetables. These natural chips come from beech trees, providing a unique flavour and aroma for your culinary creations. One 350 g packet is enough for 2-3 smoking sessions. It is recommended to moisten the chips lightly before use for a rich smoke and smoother smoking.
- Natural material: 100% natural beech wood without chemical additives;
- Bark content: not more than 3%, which ensures a clean and even smoke;
- Moisture: 12%, which is optimal for slow burning and rich smoke;
- Chip size: 3x6x12 mm;
