Stove with chimney and 22L Uzbek kazan is a complete solution for outdoor cooking. SET COMFORT №4 includes a D44 cm, 3 mm stove for 16–22L kazans, a 22L Uzbek cast iron kazan with aluminium lid, as well as a 64 cm Plov Spoon and 64 cm Soup Ladle.

Stove with chimney and 22L Uzbek kazan is suitable both for personal use and as a practical gift. The 22L kazan is suitable for approximately 14–20 people and, depending on the dish and serving size, allows you to prepare approximately 16–30 portions.

The Uzbek kazan is handmade from 100% cast iron. Its walls are approximately 7 mm thick, while the spherical inner shape helps distribute heat evenly. The inner surface of the kazan is fully ground, and the kazan is already factory heat-treated.

The COMFORT stove is made from 3 mm thick steel, while the bottom is also 3 mm thick. The stove is equipped with a round three-section chimney, damper, built-in smoke deflector, self-closing door, removable ash drawer and a 24 × 20 cm cast iron grate.

Stove with chimney and 22L Uzbek kazan is not limited to the included kazan. The stove can also be used with other suitably sized Uzbek cast iron kazans, Afghan kazans, frying pans, pots and other compatible cookware.

STOVE CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

Cast iron grate 24 × 20 cm

The set includes a solid cast iron grate measuring 24 × 20 cm, 15 mm thick and weighing approximately 2.7 kg. It is installed in a specially designed position above the ash drawer.

Self-closing door

The door is installed at a slight angle. If left in a partially open position, it closes automatically due to its own weight and the inclined construction.

Removable ash drawer

A pull-out and removable ash drawer is located beneath the cast iron grate, making ash collection and stove cleaning easier after use.

Three-section round chimney

The chimney consists of three 40 cm sections. The chimney diameter is 8 cm, and additional sections can be purchased separately if required.

Welded chimney elbow

The chimney elbow is welded to the stove body, creating a stable connection between the stove and chimney sections.

Chimney damper

The built-in damper allows you to regulate draught and combustion intensity at different stages of cooking.

Built-in smoke deflector

The built-in smoke deflector redirects the flow of hot flue gases and helps use the generated heat more efficiently.
