Afghan Kazan 50L M Polished Rashko Baba

Original Rashko Baba Afghan Kazan 50L M Polished is a large pressure cooker and kazan in one product, suitable for preparing meat, plov, stews, soups and other dishes for large family meals, celebrations, events and outdoor cooking.

Thanks to its tightly closing lid, the kazan helps maintain pressure during cooking, allowing food to cook faster while remaining juicy, aromatic and rich in flavour. When required, the kazan can also be used without pressure as a regular cooking pot or for frying.

This model is an original Rashko Baba Afghan kazan with a two-tone polished M finish. The M model is lower and wider than the corresponding SB model. The polished lower section gives the kazan a more decorative, elegant and distinctive appearance, making it a good choice as a gift as well.

The 50L size is suitable for approximately 18–35 people, depending on the type of dish, ingredients and portion size. It is suitable for large family meals, celebrations, events, outdoor trips and cooking for larger groups.

The kazan is made from aluminium and has walls approximately 12 mm thick. The thick aluminium construction helps distribute heat more evenly and maintain a stable cooking temperature.

The model can be used on a gas stovetop, electric stovetop, outdoor stove, open fire, campfire and in a grill area with stable support. A suitable induction adapter is required for use on an induction hob.

The manufacturer’s stated capacity is 50 L, while the actual internal capacity is approximately 29 L. For safe pressure cooking, the recommended working capacity is approximately 19.3 L, as the kazan should not be filled beyond 2/3 of its actual internal capacity.
