Autoclave 26L is suitable for home use, small canning companies and farms. The autoclave is a pressurised device for a variety of operations requiring heating above atmospheric pressure.

The autoclave is designed for home use:

• as a food steriliser for sterilising and preserving meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, fruit, juices, compotes, pates and other products in natural juice without the use of preservatives, packed and preserved in glass jars.

High-temperature sterilisation modes allow:

• Safely destroy bacteria in canned products;
• Reduce thermal processing time, which increases the quality of canned products;
• Increase the shelf life of products.

• Made of 2 mm thick carbon steel sheet coated with a high quality heat-resistant powder coating for durability and corrosion protection;
