Electric Universal Stainless Steel Autoclave UTEHO A-24E is a universal electric water and steam autoclave for home canning with a flange-type lid. In the basic configuration, this model is designed to work in water mode, but an additional steam valve is required for steam mode.

The model works with electricity and is also suitable for use over open fire, which makes it practical for different usage conditions. The minimum load starts from just 1 jar, while the wide 17 cm neck opening also makes it easier to place 3 L jars, clean, and maintain.

The body is made of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304. Tight sealing is ensured by a food-grade heat-resistant silicone gasket, while lid fixing is made easier by the flange construction with heat-resistant clamps. This model is also equipped with a convenient water drain tap, which makes emptying easier after use.
