Electric Universal Stainless Steel Autoclave UTEHO A-16E is a universal electric water and steam autoclave for home canning with a flange-type lid. In the basic configuration, this model is intended for operation in water mode, but steam mode requires an additional steam valve.

The model works with electricity and is also suitable for use over open fire, making it practical for different usage conditions. The minimum load starts from just 1 jar, and the wide 17 cm neck opening makes it easier to place 3 l jars, as well as to clean and maintain the unit.

The body is made of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304. Airtight sealing is ensured by a food-grade heat-resistant silicone gasket, while the lid is easier to secure thanks to the flange construction with heat-resistant clamps. This model is also equipped with a convenient water drain tap, which makes emptying easier after use.
