Electric universal autoclave UTEHO UTEH-24E is a universal electric water and steam autoclave for home canning with a flange-type lid. In the base configuration, this model is intended for operation in water mode, but an additional steam valve is required for steam mode.

The model works with electricity and is also suitable for use over open fire, making it practical for different usage conditions. The minimum load starts from just 1 jar, while the wide 17 cm neck opening makes it easier to place even 3 l jars, as well as to clean and maintain the autoclave.

The body is made of black steel with heat-resistant powder coating outside and inside. Tight sealing is ensured by a food-grade heat-resistant silicone gasket, while lid fixation is made easier by the flange construction with special heat-resistant clamps and handles with heat-resistant covers.
