Electric Universal Stainless Steel Autoclave UTEHO A-40E, 60 L is a universal electric water and steam autoclave for home canning with a flange-type lid. In its standard configuration, this model is intended for water-mode operation, while steam mode requires an additional steam valve.

The model operates on electricity and is also suitable for use over an open flame, making it practical in different conditions. The minimum load starts from just 1 jar, while the wide 17 cm neck opening makes it easier to insert 3 L jars and simplifies cleaning and maintenance.

The body is made of food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. Airtight sealing is provided by a food-grade heat-resistant silicone gasket, while the flange construction with heat-resistant clamps makes securing the lid easier. This model is also equipped with a convenient water drain tap for easier emptying after use.
