Mangal Grill 80x35x14 cm, 3 mm Steel, with Shelf is a spacious, durable and practical mangal for cooking over charcoal and open fire in the garden, at a summer house, in the yard or in another suitable outdoor location.

Mangal Grill 80x35x14 cm, 3 mm Steel, with Shelf is made from 3 mm thick steel. The thick metal provides a rigid and durable construction suitable for regular use and different outdoor cooking methods.

The brazier body is welded as one solid unit, while the four legs and lower shelf are removable. This construction maintains the rigidity of the main body while making the mangal easier to transport and store.

The lower shelf performs two practical functions — it provides additional space for firewood, charcoal, cookware or other accessories and at the same time connects and secures the four legs, helping to keep the complete construction stable.

The mangal is designed for 13 skewers. Matching skewer support positions are located on both opposite sides, allowing the skewers to be arranged evenly above the charcoal. Ventilation openings in the side walls provide airflow to the combustion area.

In addition to cooking with skewers, Mangal Grill 80x35x14 cm, 3 mm Steel, with Shelf can also be used with a suitable grill grate, cast iron pots, kazans, frying pans and other cooking accessories. The spacious 80 × 35 cm cooking area provides plenty of space for different cooking methods over charcoal and open fire.

Mangal Grill 80x35x14 cm, 3 mm Steel, with Shelf is coated with matt heat-resistant paint rated up to 800 °C. To help extend its service life, the mangal should be cleaned after use, dried completely and stored in a dry place.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

A gentle initial heat-up is recommended before the first full use. During the first use, heat the mangal gradually, starting with a small amount of charcoal or firewood and avoiding an immediate rise to maximum temperature. Gradual heating helps the metal construction pass through its first temperature cycle more evenly and reduces unnecessary thermal stress and the risk of deformation.

The heat-resistant coating also completes its thermal stabilisation during the first heat-up. A slight characteristic smell or light smoke may occur during the first heating as the coating finishes curing. Perform the initial heat-up outdoors and allow the mangal to cool completely afterwards.

Skewers, grill grate, pots, kazans and frying pans are not included. These and other cooking accessories shown in product images are sold separately.

Use the mangal outdoors only. Place it on a level, stable and non-combustible surface.

When using heavy cast iron pots, kazans or pans, make sure the cookware is positioned securely and its weight is distributed evenly.

Do not move the mangal during use or until the construction and charcoal have completely cooled.

Clean the mangal after use and store it in a dry place. Prolonged exposure of steel products to moisture and precipitation is not recommended.
