Mangal with 46 cm Kazan Stove, for 16–22L Kazan combines a full-size mangal and a stove for larger kazans in one construction. Two cooking zones allow different dishes to be prepared in one place — from shashlik and grilled food to plov, soups, stews and other dishes cooked in a kazan.

The integrated Ø46 cm stove is designed for 16–22 L kazans. The larger stove diameter provides a suitable cooking area for higher-capacity kazans, while the adjacent mangal offers a separate grilling zone.

The grilling area measures 63 × 33 cm and is designed for up to 6 skewers. It can be used not only for shashlik and kebabs on skewers, but also with a suitable grill grate, frying pans and cast iron cookware.

The mangal and kazan stove form a single welded body made from 3 mm thick steel. The rigid construction provides stability during use, while the four removable legs and removable lower shelf make transport and storage easier.

The lower shelf provides additional space for firewood, charcoal, cookware and cooking accessories and at the same time connects and secures the mangal legs.

The working area can be expanded with optional removable metal or wooden side shelves. They are installed on the side handles without additional tools and provide a convenient surface for ingredients, cookware and cooking accessories. Side shelves are sold separately.

Mangal with 46 cm Kazan Stove, for 16–22L Kazan is coated with matt heat-resistant paint rated up to 800 °C. After use, the construction should be cleaned, dried completely and stored in a dry place.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

A gentle initial heat-up is recommended before the first full use. During the first use, heat the construction gradually, starting with a small amount of charcoal or firewood and avoiding an immediate rise to maximum temperature. Gradual heating helps the metal construction pass through its first temperature cycle more evenly and reduces thermal stress and the risk of deformation.

The heat-resistant coating also completes its thermal stabilisation during the first heat-up. A slight characteristic smell or light smoke may occur during the first heating as the coating finishes curing. Always perform the first heat-up outdoors.

Use the mangal outdoors only. Place the construction on a level, stable and non-combustible surface.

When using heavy cast iron cookware, make sure it is positioned securely and safely.

After use, clean the construction and store it in a dry place. Prolonged exposure of steel products to moisture and precipitation is not recommended.
