The Chicken Roasting Bowl is made of stainless steel and is designed for roasting chicken or other small birds. The chicken rack cooks the chicken perfectly, ensuring optimum flavour and crispiness. In the centre of the holder you can add different liquids: beer, wine, marinade or aromatic spices that will fill your chicken or turkey with an amazing inner aroma.
- Cooking is simple: just put the chicken or other poultry meat on the bar and the fat released during the cooking process accumulates on the palette. The liquid boils and circulates inside the bird when heated, while the meat is beautifully cooked on the outside. The result will be a wonderfully succulent dish. You can also add different garnishes and vegetables to the bowl to enrich the flavour and give your dish a unique taste.
