Universal Cassette Autoclave with Heating Element for 35 Jars, 60 L, AISI 304 is reliable home canning equipment designed to make food preservation faster, easier, and safer. It is suitable for canning meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, mushrooms, and many other products at home.

The autoclave works in both steam mode and water mode, allowing you to choose the most suitable sterilization method depending on the recipe and your preferred working process. This versatility makes it a practical solution for different home canning tasks.

The main advantage of this model is that it already includes a 3 kW heating element and an automatic power regulator. This makes it convenient to use the autoclave with electric heating. If needed, the heating element can be removed, and the autoclave can also be used on a gas or electric cooktop.

Important: the heating element may only be switched on when it is fully submerged in water. This is an essential safety requirement.

The body is made of high-quality food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. This material is durable, easy to maintain, suitable for food contact, and non-magnetic, which many buyers consider an important indicator of quality.

The cassette system is designed for 35 jars of 0.5 L or 20 jars of 1 L. The cassette has 6 sections, and the height can be adjusted according to the size of the jars being used. The upper level is equipped with a metal handle for easier removal.

The lid is hermetically tightened with bolts and fitted with a heat-resistant handle. A 2-inch clamp connection is located on the lid, allowing the autoclave to also be used as a distillation boiler when an appropriate column is installed.

The safety assembly on the lid includes a pressure gauge, a 3 bar safety valve, a check valve up to 1 bar, and a connection for a thermometer. These elements help control pressure and make the autoclave safer to operate.

The operating temperature is 110–120 °C, ensuring effective sterilization and helping produce a finished product with an extended shelf life. At the same time, more valuable nutrients are preserved compared with conventional long thermal processing.

The autoclave dimensions are suitable for a spacious yet practical home-use model: height 955 mm, outer diameter 312 mm, weight — 18.3 kg.
