Uzbek National Pchak Knife 300/180 is a traditional handmade knife with the distinctive Pchak shape and an expressive decorative design.

This is not merely a decorative item, souvenir or prop. The Pchak is a fully functional working knife with a stainless steel blade, designed for practical kitchen use and food preparation.

The knife has an approximately 18 cm long and 3 mm thick stainless steel blade. The total knife length is approximately 30 cm.

The Pchak can be used for a variety of everyday kitchen tasks, including cutting and preparing meat, vegetables, herbs and other food products.

The handle is approximately 12 cm long and is made from ebonite. Decorative metal elements and coloured inlays give the handle a distinctive traditional appearance.

The knife weighs approximately 250 g. As the Pchak is handmade, all stated dimensions and weight should be considered approximate.

The stainless steel blade is corrosion-resistant and does not require regular oiling for normal everyday care. After use, wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly before storage.
