Mangal with 36 cm Kazan Stove with Uzbek Cast Iron Kazan 8L is a complete outdoor cooking set combining a mangal, kazan stove, 8 L cast iron kazan with lid and 5 stainless steel skewers with wooden handles.
The set is built around a mangal with an integrated Ø36 cm stove. The grilling area measures 49 × 33 cm and provides positions for 5 skewers. The stove is suitable for 8–12 L kazans and is paired in this set with an 8 L Uzbek cast iron kazan.
The included Uzbek cast iron kazan 8L with lid is made from 100% cast iron. It is suitable for cooking plov, stews, soups, meat, vegetables and many other dishes over an open fire.
The set also includes 5 stainless steel skewers with wooden handles. Each skewer has a working length of 450 mm, a width of 12 mm and a thickness of 3 mm. The flat shape helps keep food securely in place during cooking.
Mangal with 36 cm Kazan Stove with Uzbek Cast Iron Kazan 8L makes it possible to use both the kazan and the mangal area in one cooking station. The grilling area can also be used with a suitable grill grate, frying pans and cast iron cookware.
The mangal and stove form a single welded body made from 3 mm thick steel. The construction has 4 removable legs and a removable lower shelf that provides additional space for firewood, charcoal or accessories while also connecting and securing the legs.
The mangal is coated with matt heat-resistant paint rated up to 800 °C. Optional metal or wooden side shelves can be installed on the side handles without additional tools.
