Payment Methods
You can choose a convenient payment method for your order. We offer the following payment options:
- In-store payment: you can pay by bank card or cash directly in our shop. This option is suitable if you prefer to pick up the item yourself and pay immediately.
- Cash/card payment by courier on receipt of order: we offer a post-paid service that allows you to pay for your order by cash/card at the time of delivery.
- Bank transfer to our bank account: you can make a bank transfer to our bank account. Payment details can be found on our website. When transferring money, please provide the order number and the delivery invoice number.
- Bank payment systems: We accept payments through popular bank payment systems such as SwedBank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor. You can choose a convenient bank to make the payment.
- Electronic payment systems: if you have an account such as PayPal and other similar services, you can use them to pay for your order.
We value your convenience and strive to provide a variety of payment methods to make the ordering process as convenient as possible for you.
Please note that available payment methods may vary depending on your region and other factors. When you place your order, you will be able to choose the payment method that suits you best.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your full payment details and order status.
Product prices include 21% VAT.
Product Returns
You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges must be requested and agreed with Head Office.
As a general requirement for exchanges and returns, the goods must be in their original packaging, not used and without any signs of wear or damage, and must be accompanied by all supporting documents.
