Thanks to its tightly closing lid, pressure builds up inside the kazan during cooking, so food cooks faster while staying juicy, aromatic, and rich in flavor. When needed, the kazan can also be used without pressure as a regular pot or as a vessel for frying.

This model is an original Rashko Baba Afghan kazan with a black SB finish. The SB model is usually taller and slightly narrower, with a more practical, simple, and easy-to-maintain appearance. It is a good choice for regular everyday use.
