Ceramic Baking Pot with Lid 2 L

The ceramic baking pot with lid 2l is a practical container for slow, gentle cooking. The ceramic evenly collects and releases heat, helping to preserve the juiciness and flavour of the food, so it comes out extra soft and tasty.

A pot with a lid is suitable for cooking over residual heat (e.g. in the tandoor, when the coals have already burnt off), as well as for various stews and casseroles where an even temperature is important.

Suitable for:

  • meat and poultry dishes;
  • fish;
  • vegetables;
  • stews, casseroles, legumes.

Recommendations for use:

  • Do not allow ceramics to come into contact with open flames.
  • Use only at a stable heat (e.g. tandoor – after the coals have burnt off completely).
  • If you need to top up, pour only hot water.
  • Do not remove immediately after cooking: remove the lid and let the pan cool gradually for a few minutes.
  • Do not place on a cold surface (stone, metal, etc.) – use a wooden board or towel.

Important:

  • Ceramics should not be exposed to rapid temperature fluctuations – this can cause cracking.

Care:

  • It is recommended to rinse the cookware with hot water before pouring boiling water.
  • Wash in warm water with a little detergent using a soft sponge/comb.
  • Do not scratch with knives or sharp objects.
  • Leave to dry open without wiping or covering.
  • Not dishwasher safe.
