The electric stainless steel autoclave 42L is suitable for home use, small canning companies and farms. The autoclave is a pressurised device for a variety of operations requiring heating above atmospheric pressure.

Electric heating system*

The autoclave is equipped with a built-in heating element that operates from a standard mains supply (220 V, 50 Hz). The control is carried out by an electronic unit which ensures precise setting of the temperature and sterilisation time. A built-in pressure gauge and safety valve ensure safe operation, and an automatic shut-off of the heater makes the use of the device convenient and safe.

The autoclave is designed for home use:

• as a food steriliser for sterilising and preserving meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, fruit, juices, compotes, pates and other products in natural juice without the use of preservatives, packed and preserved in glass jars.

High-temperature sterilisation modes allow:

• Safely destroy bacteria in canned products;
• Reduce thermal processing time, which increases the quality of canned products;
• Increase the shelf life of products.
