Manual Juice Press – LAN 10L with Filter Bag is a durable manual screw press designed for extracting juice from fruit, berries and vegetables. It is suitable for home, garden and smallholding use, seasonal harvest processing and preparing raw material for home winemaking.
The press can be used for grapes, apples, pears, raspberries, strawberries, currants, gooseberries, rowan berries, tomatoes, pumpkins and many other suitable ingredients. Larger and harder fruit or vegetables should be crushed before pressing to make juice extraction easier.
LAN 10L operates using a simple and reliable manual screw mechanism. Turning the handle drives the galvanised screw downward and gradually moves the pressing plate onto the material inside the basket. Pressure can be increased progressively and under control, while no electrical connection is required.
The pressing basket has a cylindrical shape. Its diameter is 23 cm, height is 23 cm and the metal thickness is approximately 2 mm. The basket is made from perforated stainless steel, allowing juice to flow freely through the openings during pressing.
The basket is surrounded by a stainless steel splash guard with a diameter of 26 cm, height of 18 cm and metal thickness of 1 mm. The guard helps reduce juice splashing during operation.
Extracted juice flows into a stainless steel juice collection tray with a diameter of 31 cm and thickness of 1 mm. From the tray, the juice is directed through the outlet channel into a container positioned in advance.
Pressure is applied by a 22 cm galvanised metal pressing plate with reinforcing ribs. The screw mechanism is also galvanised, providing a practical and robust mechanical construction.
A filter bag designed for this basket is included. Prepared fruit, berries or vegetables are first loaded into the bag, after which the filled bag is placed inside the pressing basket. This helps retain pulp particles and makes cleaning easier after use.
With its 10L pressing basket, LAN 10L is a practical solution for processing small to medium quantities of fruit, berries and vegetables while combining a simple mechanical design, stainless steel working components and complete independence from electricity.
