Set with stove chimney and 12L Uzbek kazan is a complete solution for outdoor cooking. SET EKONOM №3 includes a D40 cm, 3 mm stove for 12–16L kazans, a 12L Uzbek cast iron kazan with aluminium lid, as well as a 46 cm plov spoon and 46 cm soup ladle.

Set with stove, chimney and 12L Uzbek kazan is suitable both for personal use and as a practical gift. The 12L kazan is suitable for approximately 8–10 people and, depending on the dish and serving size, allows you to prepare approximately 14–17 portions.

The Uzbek kazan is handmade from 100% cast iron. Its wall thickness is approximately 6 mm. The spherical inner shape helps distribute heat evenly, while the inner surface is fully ground. The kazan has also undergone factory heat treatment.

The stove is made from 3 mm thick steel, while the bottom is also 3 mm thick. The body is coated with matt heat-resistant paint rated up to 800 °C. The stove is equipped with a round sectional chimney, damper, built-in smoke deflector, chimney retainer, adjustable door and pull-out ash drawer.

Set with stove, chimney and 12L Uzbek kazan is not limited to the included kazan. The stove can also be used with other suitably sized Uzbek cast iron kazans, Afghan kazans, frying pans, pots and other compatible cookware.

STOVE CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

Three-section round chimney

The chimney consists of three removable 35 cm sections and one elbow. The sectional construction is convenient for transportation and storage.

Built-in smoke deflector

A smoke deflector is installed inside the stove near the chimney outlet. It redirects hot flue gases and helps use the generated heat more efficiently.

Chimney damper

The built-in chimney damper allows you to regulate flue-gas flow and draught during cooking.

Chimney retainer

A built-in retainer at the chimney outlet helps securely fix the chimney at the connection point with the stove.

Door with three positions

The door can be fully closed, partially opened or fully opened to regulate airflow and combustion intensity.

Removable ash drawer

The pull-out and fully removable ash drawer makes ash and fuel residue removal easier and simplifies cleaning after use.

Four removable legs

Four screw-fixed legs provide stability and can be removed for more convenient transportation and storage.

Side handles and shelf mounts
