Smoking wood chips ALDER 350g NATURAL 100%

Smoking chips (wood chips) from alder are ideal for smoking fish, meat and vegetables. These wood chips come from alder, providing a unique flavour and aroma for your culinary creations. One 350 g packet is enough for 2-3 smoking times. It is recommended to moisten the chips lightly before use to obtain a rich smoke and smoother smoking.

  • Natural material: 100% natural alder wood without chemical additives;
  • Bark content: not more than 3%, which ensures a clean and even smoke;
  • Moisture: 12%, which is optimal for slow burning and rich smoke;
  • Chip size: 3x6x12 mm;
  • Weight: Net weight 350 g, ±5% weight tolerance.
