Stove with Chimney and 110L Uzbek Kazan in the PROFI №5 set combines a very large 110L Uzbek cast iron kazan, a reinforced D79 cm steel stove with chimney and two 64 cm cooking accessories.

The 110L kazan is made from 100% cast iron and designed for preparing exceptionally large quantities of food. Its capacity is suitable for approximately 130–180 people or around 150–200 portions.

The kazan has an outer diameter of 86 cm, an inner diameter of 81 cm and wall thickness of approximately 15 mm. The inner shape is spherical and the inner surface is fully ground smooth.

The included stove is made from 3 mm thick steel, has an outer diameter of 79 cm and its body is additionally reinforced with steel profile elements.

The stove is equipped with a removable firebox door, removable ash pan, a fully detachable chimney consisting of three straight sections and an elbow, as well as a damper for controlling combustion intensity.

The set also includes a 64 cm skimmer and a 64 cm ladle, suitable for working with a kazan of this size.
