Stove with Chimney and 225L Uzbek Kazan includes a PROFI D101 cm, 3 mm stove for a 225L kazan and an 225L Uzbek cast iron kazan without lid. The kazan is suitable for approximately 250–400 people or 350–500 portions, while the reinforced PROFI stove is equipped with a removable firebox door, removable ash pan, fully detachable chimney and damper.

Stove with Chimney and 225L Uzbek Kazan in the PROFI №6 set combines an extra-large 225L Uzbek cast iron kazan with a massive reinforced D101 cm steel stove with chimney.
The 225L kazan is made from 100% cast iron and is intended for preparing exceptionally large quantities of food. Its capacity is suitable for approximately 250–400 people or around 350–500 portions.
The kazan has an outer diameter of 105 cm, an inner diameter of 98 cm and a wall thickness of approximately 18 mm. Its spherical inner shape and fully polished inner surface are suitable for traditional kazan cooking.
The kazan weighs approximately 120.45 kg, has a height of 38 cm and a total width with handles of 110 cm. It is handmade in Uzbekistan.
The PROFI stove body is made from 3 mm thick steel and additionally reinforced with steel profile elements. The stove has an outer diameter of 101 cm and a kazan seating diameter of 96.5 cm.
Stove with Chimney and 225L Uzbek Kazan includes a fully detachable chimney consisting of three straight sections and one elbow. The stove is also equipped with a damper, removable firebox door and removable ash pan.
The stove body height is 90 cm, while the total height with the chimney installed reaches 200 cm.
Stove with Chimney and 225L Uzbek Kazan is the largest set in the PROFI range, designed for large-scale events, professional catering and preparing exceptionally large quantities of food over live fire.
