The kazan is suitable for approximately 5–6 people or 12–15 portions. The stove is equipped with a firebox door, ash pan, four removable legs and side handles that allow optional shelves to be installed.

Stove and 8L Uzbek Kazan STANDARD №1 is a ready-to-use set for outdoor kazan cooking over an open fire.

The set is based on a D36 cm stove made from 3 mm thick steel. The stove has an outer diameter of 36 cm and a kazan seating diameter of 35.4 cm.

The stove is coated with heat-resistant paint rated up to 800°C and is equipped with a firebox door, ash pan, four removable legs and side handles.

Stove and 8L Uzbek Kazan are matched in size – the kazan has an outer diameter of 36.5 cm, while its specified suitable stove diameter is 36 cm.

The included 8L Uzbek kazan is made from 100% cast iron. It has a spherical inner shape, a fully polished inner surface and walls approximately 6 mm thick.

The kazan is factory heat-treated, handmade in Uzbekistan and supplied with an aluminium lid. Its weight with the lid is approximately 8.5 kg.

The 8L capacity is suitable for approximately 5–6 people or around 12–15 portions.

The set also includes a 40 cm skimmer and a 40 cm ladle, making Stove and 8L Uzbek Kazan a practical ready-to-use set for outdoor cooking.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

The set is intended for outdoor use.

Place the stove on a stable, level and heat-resistant surface.

The stove and kazan become very hot during cooking. Allow them to cool completely before moving.

Optional side shelves are not included, but the stove construction allows them to be installed on the handles.
