Stove and 12L Uzbek Kazan STANDARD №3 is a ready-to-use set for outdoor kazan cooking over an open fire.

The set is based on a D40 cm stove made from 3 mm thick steel. The stove has an outer diameter of 40 cm and a kazan seating diameter of 39.4 cm.

The stove is coated with heat-resistant paint rated up to 800°C and is equipped with a firebox door, ash pan, four removable legs and side handles.

Stove and 12L Uzbek Kazan are matched in size – the kazan has an outer diameter of 41 cm and is suitable for a 36 cm or 40 cm stove.

The included 12L Uzbek kazan is made from 100% cast iron. It has a spherical inner shape, a fully polished inner surface and walls approximately 6 mm thick.

The kazan is factory heat-treated, handmade in Uzbekistan and supplied with an aluminium lid. Its weight with the lid is approximately 9.5 kg.

The 12L capacity is suitable for approximately 8–10 people or around 14–17 portions.
