Afghan Kazan 30L SB Black Rashko Baba

Original Rashko Baba Afghan Kazan 30L SB Black is a spacious pressure cooker and cooking pot in one product, suitable for preparing meat, plov, stews, soups and other dishes for larger families, guests, events and outdoor cooking.

Thanks to its tightly closing lid, pressure builds inside the kazan during cooking, allowing food to cook faster while retaining juiciness, aroma and rich flavour. When required, the kazan can also be used without pressure as a regular cooking pot or for frying.

This model is an original Rashko Baba Afghan kazan with a black SB finish. The SB model has a practical, simple exterior that is easier to maintain, making it suitable for regular use both at home and outdoors.

The 30L size is suitable for approximately 12–23 people, depending on the type of dish, ingredients and portion size. It is suitable for larger family meals, gatherings, events, outdoor trips and cooking for larger groups.

The kazan is made from aluminium and has walls approximately 10 mm thick. This construction helps distribute heat more evenly and maintain a stable cooking temperature.

The model can be used on a gas stovetop, electric stovetop, outdoor stove, open fire, campfire and in a grill area with stable support. A suitable induction adapter is required for use on an induction hob.

The manufacturer’s stated capacity is 30 L, while the actual internal capacity is approximately 19 L. For safe pressure cooking, the recommended working capacity is approximately 12.7 L, as the kazan should not be filled beyond 2/3 of its actual internal capacity.
