• Frying and vegetables: a long-handled spatula for safer mixing above the flame.

3) For Afghan pressure pots: what you may need

• Gasket: the main consumable part. Replace it when worn.
• Valves: some models use spare valve sets.

4) How to avoid size mistakes

• Cover: choose by your kazan capacity and diameter.
• Spoons and ladles: a bigger kazan is more comfortable with a longer handle.
• For open fire: a tripod/stand is also very helpful, but it is usually in a separate category.
