Afghan cauldrons work on the principle of quick-boiling (pressure cooker). Thanks to the hermetic lid, pressure is created in the cooker, which speeds up the cooking process. This cooker is ideal for cooking on an open fire or at home. Its 15-litre capacity will easily provide hot and tasty food for 10 to 14 people.

Afghan cauldron 4-in-1:

• Quick-cooker. Close the lid tightly and cook over a medium heat.
• Pot. You can make soups or compotes. Use without lid.
• Pan. Put the oil in a preheated frying pan and heat over a high heat. Use the lid as needed.
• Cauldron. Cook products without water to a roasted meat/vegetable effect. Lid – optional.

  • ATTENTION! The real internal volume is different from the volume shown on the package. The volume of an afghan cauldron is not determined by its internal capacity but by the volume of the liquid displaced, i.e. the external volume of the cauldron itself, so the real inner volume will be lower.

  • It is only allowed to fill the kazan to 2/3 – this is to make space for the vapor. Do not overload the cooker to prevent high pressure and vapour from tearing the lid.
