Uzbek Cast Iron Kazan 80 L is a traditional handmade kazan from Uzbekistan, made from 100% cast iron. It has walls approximately 10 mm thick, a fully polished inner surface, a rounded outer bottom and a spherical inner shape. Suitable for preparing pilaf, soups, stews, meat, vegetables and other dishes for approximately 65–95 people. The kazan is supplied without a lid.
