Electric Apple, Fruit and Vegetable Crusher LAN-4, 140 W is a multifunctional machine designed for crushing apples, other fruit, vegetables and root crops. It is suitable both for preparing raw materials for juice pressing and for preparing animal and poultry feed.

LAN-4 can be used for processing apples, beets, courgettes, pumpkins and other fruit, vegetables and root crops. Crushing apples before pressing prepares the pulp for subsequent loading into a juice press.

The machine is equipped with a 140 W single-phase electric motor and operates from a 220 V power supply. Rotation speed reaches up to 1400 rpm, while processing capacity reaches up to 340 kg/h depending on the raw material.

The spacious ~17 L feed hopper allows raw material to be loaded conveniently. The maximum stated product size is up to 150 mm in diameter and 150 mm in length.

Crushing is performed by a stainless steel disc cutting mechanism. The thickness of the resulting crushed fraction is up to 5 mm, preparing the material for further processing.

The body is made from powder-coated steel, while the cutting mechanism is made from stainless steel. The machine is supported by three metal legs, providing stable positioning during operation.

LAN-4 is especially practical during the harvest season when larger quantities of apples, vegetables or root crops need to be prepared quickly for pressing, further processing or animal feed.
