Stove and 16L Uzbek Kazan STANDARD №4 is a complete set for outdoor kazan cooking over an open fire.

The set is built around a D44 cm stove made from 3 mm thick steel. The stove has an outer diameter of 44 cm and a kazan seating diameter of 43.4 cm.

The stove is designed for 16–22L kazans, coated with heat-resistant paint rated up to 800°C and equipped with a firebox door, ash pan, four removable legs and side handles.

Stove and 16L Uzbek Kazan are compatible in size – the 16L kazan has an outer diameter of 45.5 cm, while suitable stove diameters are 36 cm, 40 cm or 44 cm.

The included 16L Uzbek Kazan is made from 100% cast iron. It has a spherical inner shape, a fully polished inner surface and an approximate wall thickness of 7 mm.

The kazan is factory heat-treated and handmade in Uzbekistan. It is supplied with an aluminium lid, and its approximate weight with the lid is 12.9 kg.

The 16L capacity is suitable for approximately 10–14 people or approximately 15–20 portions.

The set also includes a 46 cm skimmer and a 46 cm ladle, making Stove and 16L Uzbek Kazan a complete outdoor cooking set.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

The set is intended for outdoor use.

Place the stove on a stable, level and heat-resistant surface.

The stove and kazan become very hot during cooking. Allow them to cool completely before moving.

Optional side shelves are not included, but the stove construction allows them to be installed on the handles.
