Spice mix “KAZAN-KEBAB”
Suggestions on how to use Uzbek spices for kazan kebab:
- Prepare the meat: choose fresh meat such as lamb, beef or chicken. For the Kazan kebab, cut it into small pieces;
- Prepare the seasoning: spread the Uzbek seasoning evenly on all the pieces of meat. Use about 1-2 teaspoons of seasoning per 500 grams of meat, depending on taste preference;
- Rub in and leave for a while: massage the meat thoroughly with the seasoning to ensure an even coating. Then leave the meat to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to several hours to absorb the flavour as much as possible.
