Electric universal autoclave UTEHO CHE-32E is a universal electric water autoclave designed for home canning. This specific model type is water autoclaving only. In the standard configuration, it is not intended to work as a steam autoclave.
The model works both with electricity and on a gas stove, so it is convenient for different usage conditions. The minimum load starts from just 1 jar, which is practical for both small and larger batches.
The body is made of black steel with heat-resistant powder coating outside and inside. Tight sealing is ensured by a food-grade silicone gasket, while the strength of the construction is reinforced by качественные TIG welding seams in argon and the lid clamping mechanism.

What type of autoclave is this?
This model is a water autoclave and in the standard configuration it is not intended to work as a steam autoclave. However, series such as UTEH and A can be used both as water and steam autoclaves if you additionally purchase a steam valve. This valve is also available in our assortment.
Can the autoclave be filled not all the way?
Yes, the autoclave does not have to be filled completely. This model allows you to preserve any number of jars – from 1 jar up to a full load.
What is included in the set?
Together with the autoclave you receive the autoclave itself, a jar stand, a control unit, a recipe book, a user manual, a thermometer and a pressure gauge.
How much electricity does the autoclave consume?
The power of the electric heater is 3 kW. The exact electricity consumption depends on the selected mode, load, and operating duration.
Is there a water drain tap?
No, there is no water drain tap in the standard configuration. If needed, the manufacturer can add this option on request.
Can the autoclave be used without previous experience?
Yes, the autoclave is easy to use and is also suitable for users without much previous experience in home canning.
Is the thermostat sensor securely fixed in the lid?
The sensor drops freely into its place, and no additional fixing is required – it does not fall out by itself.
Can the electric autoclave be used on a gas stove?
Yes. This is a universal model that works both with electricity and on a gas stove.
Does the autoclave work automatically?
Yes, after setting the required temperature and time in the control unit, the autoclave can operate autonomously without the need to constantly monitor it.
What is the metal thickness?
The wall thickness is 2 mm, the bottom thickness is 3 mm, and the neck and lid thickness is 6 mm.
Do regular twist-off lids need clamps?
No, clamps are not required for regular twist-off lids.
Is the autoclave tested before shipping?
Yes, each autoclave undergoes a double high-pressure test so that no defective unit reaches the customer.
Can a black steel autoclave rust and does it affect the product?
Black steel autoclaves can gradually be subject to corrosion, but this is a long-term process. It does not affect the quality of the product in the jars.
