Kizlyar Knife STRELA H12MF, Caucasian Walnut, Brass combines a durable steel blade, a natural wood handle and classic brass elements.

The blade is made from H12MF steel. It measures 14.5 cm in length, is 4 mm thick, and has a stated hardness of HRC 58–62.

The handle is made from Caucasian walnut and complemented by brass elements. Natural wood gives each knife its own individual grain pattern and traditional appearance.

KNIFE CARE

The H12MF steel blade requires regular care to help reduce the risk of corrosion.

  • wash the blade after use
  • wipe it thoroughly dry
  • apply a thin layer of protective oil for longer storage
  • do not leave the knife wet or damp for extended periods
  • store in a dry place
IF CORROSION APPEARS

Minor surface corrosion can be carefully removed with an ordinary stationery eraser. Afterwards, wash the blade, dry it thoroughly and apply oil.

For deeper corrosion, suitable anti-corrosion products are recommended.

WOODEN HANDLE CARE

Do not leave the wooden handle wet or in a damp environment for extended periods. Dry the handle after use.

To help preserve and protect the natural wood, the handle can periodically be treated with linseed oil or another suitable wood-care product.
