Stove with Chimney and 60L Uzbek Kazan is a complete PROFI №2 outdoor cooking set. It includes a D58 cm stove made from 3 mm steel, a 60L Uzbek cast iron kazan with aluminium lid, as well as a 64 cm skimmer and 64 cm ladle.

The 60L Uzbek kazan is suitable for approximately 45–65 people and, depending on the dish and portion size, can prepare approximately 65–80 portions. Its large capacity makes the set suitable for large celebrations, bigger groups and outdoor events.

The kazan is handmade in Uzbekistan from 100% cast iron. Its walls are approximately 9 mm thick, the interior has a spherical shape and the inner surface is fully polished. The kazan is factory heat-treated and supplied with an aluminium lid.

Stove with Chimney and 60L Uzbek Kazan is designed for use with a large and heavy cast iron kazan. The stove has an outer diameter of 58 cm, a body height of 70 cm and is made from 3 mm thick steel.

The stove features a fully detachable chimney consisting of three sections and an elbow. A damper in the chimney allows draft and combustion intensity to be adjusted. The total height with the chimney installed is approximately 168 cm.

The removable firebox door provides convenient access to the firebox, while the removable ash pan makes ash removal and cleaning easier after use.

The included 64 cm skimmer and ladle are especially convenient for working with a large and deep 60L kazan.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

The stove is intended for outdoor use. Place it on a stable, level and non-combustible surface.

The stove has no legs. Before use, make sure it is positioned securely on a suitable heat-resistant surface.

The stove and kazan become very hot during use. Do not touch hot metal parts without suitable protection.

Cooked food should not be stored in the cast iron kazan for long periods.

After washing, the kazan must be dried completely and stored in a dry place.
