Form and material. The spherical shape ensures even heating of the casana. Cast iron as a metal has low thermal conductivity, i.e. it takes a long time to heat up and a long time to cool down. The heating is even, so that the food is cooked or cooked evenly on all sides, but it is virtually impossible to burn the food in certain areas. This feature will prevent the food from cooling too quickly, so it will taste, smell and colour great when served. Polishing.
